Statutory general meeting of Hongkang Supply Chain Management Corp was held

After preliminary adequate preparation, the statutory general meeting of Hongkang Supply Chain Management Corporation was held on June 26, 2013.

The meeting examined and adopted the proposals of the Articles of Association of Hongkang SCM Corporation, members of the board of directors and the members of supervisors. After the meeting, the fist meetings of the board of directors and the board of supervisors were held. The coporation president, assistant of president, CFO and secratory of board chairman were appointed. Hongkang SCM Corporation has established a modern coporate governance structure, consist of shareholders meeting, the board of directors, the board of supervisors and senior management layer.
